Meet the Ballista, one of the most expensive machines in its era in terms of construction.
Ballistas was a type of gigantic crossbow mounted on a stand, capable of launching various types of projectiles such as bolts, bullets, stones, or even wooden logs. The projectiles could weigh between 30 kg and 100 kg and fly distances of up to 400 meters. Well-matched bolts could fly up to a kilometer or more.
We will be using bolts during the gameplay.
Your task will be to destroy as many of the enemy's wooden fortifications as possible using this long-range weapon so that allied forces do not encounter difficulties when capturing the fortress.
