Originally released mid June 2021, The Wickie Demo version 1 was a fun journey fron Goldola Island through to Pandora's Rock with the aim of finding Captain Malin so that you can report for duty as a probationary lighthouse keeper.
The new demo releases right now, and with this demo comes a lot of new features that finally made it into the game as well as a lot more content for you to discover and try out for yourself. Some of the new content is available right now, with some bonus material to be released into the live version of the demo over the next few weeks.

Trivia and Interesting Things
Did you try the original version 0.1? That was the only version where you could actually ride The Wanderer, back before Gondola Island was created to act as a platform into Pandora's Island. All tthe puzzles took place upon the ship and the demo ended when you got to the main island before the boat docked. It had full narration, which was cut because honestly I was sick of the sound of my own voice. Thank god for Rob Sharp (Capt Malin), at least he knows how to talk properly!
The lighthouse was originally a tower lighthouse. Tower lighthouses are the ones that stand on their own without an island and the game was going to explore the idea of being a lighthouse keeper more as a simulation.
