I've been working on improving the performance of Extended Stay and found that one of the biggest drains was the overly complex lighting system. I’ve made several adjustments especially in the sex scenes, where the lighting was the most demanding. A number of bug fixes have also been implemented.
Change Log
Fixed inconsistent lighting on character materials
Hire menu no longer defaults to the card template when the menu is empty
Fixed lighting not updating when switching to the character menu
General lighting performance improvements
As always, if you encounter any issues with the current build, please report them either through the in-game bug report form or on the Steam Community discussion page and thank you everyone for supporting extended stay. This year has seen a huge influx of new players which has been very exciting for me and has been encouraging me to keep these updates coming. I hope you all have a fantastic holiday period and stay tuned for what the new year has in store for extended stay and Hearts club.
