Saveseeker was just featured in the Main Show of this year’s Winter OTK Games Expo! It was an honor to be selected after a review of our demo. Thank you to everyone who's watched us grow the title since the start of our Steam Page, and welcome if you're new here!
This event was the first in a few upcoming showcases that will feature Saveseeker, carrying out the updates for the rest of the year. During each event, we’ll be sharing something new—footage from future chapters, development notes, and our plans for the full game release!
For today’s news, we have an update to our release date: Saveseeker will now be releasing in 2026. We made this decision following a discussion with our team on how to implement everything we want to make Saveseeker an engaging and meaningful experience while sticking to our studio’s no-crunch policy.
We will have more details to share once we approach the release date in the new year. In the meantime, here’s what can you expect from Saveseeker for the rest of this year:
A new update with each showcase—three total, kicking it off with Winter OTK Games Expo today!
A demo patch which includes overworld challenges that you will see in the final game
Development milestone info
A Q&A opportunity
Localization info
The next showcase Saveseeker will be joining is INDIE Live Expo on November 29th. Hope to see you there!
