Management is an important part of a simulation game. In War Hospital, you have to manage your staff:
- Recruiting your staff, so as not to be overwhelmed by the influx of new patients
- Managing your staff's working hours, so that you don't end up fainting from overwork.
- Managing assignments, to ensure that you always have the right people doing the right jobs.
