Hello, Castaways!
We’ve discovered a bug that prevents players from retrieving items after completing the Lunar Union Festival missions. We know how frustrating this can be, especially after all the effort you’ve put into the event, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
To solve this issue, we’ll be delivering the missing items through the Frog Box—a special mailbox in the game that distributes rewards and other goodies to all players. If you don’t already have a Frog Box, simply speak to Frogboy and he’ll give you one.
You’ll have from February 12th until March 11th to retrieve your rewards from the Frog Box. After that date, the mail will expire, so please make sure to collect your items before then. We wouldn’t want you to miss out!
