Enemies:
10 new enemies were added, this time focused on a mythological creature theme.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where you wouldn't be able to select a weapon in Idle mode.
- Fixed an issue where clothing wasn't reset when deleting saves.
- Fixed an issue with certain mount visuals in the wardrobe preview.
Balance:
These changes are mostly to slightly speed up the early-game for new players. Right now on a new save file it takes a bit too long to get to the more interesting part of the game, so every weapon is getting some more damage.
Pistol:
- Sights (base): 15% >> 20%
- Headshot Multiplier (base): 125% >> 150%
- Water Pressure (base): 5 >> 10
Sniper:
- Gunpowder (base): 12 >> 15
- Sights (base): 20% >> 15%
- Headshot Multiplier (base): 150% >> 200%
- Sheer Cold (base): 10 >> 20
Shotgun:
- Gunpowder (base): 8 >> 10
- Sights (base): 15% >> 20%
- Higher Temps (base): 6 >> 15
Knife:
- Blade Size (base): 8 >> 10
- Vitals Multiplier (base): 200% >> 250%
Road Map:
Sometime later this month our Pet Shop update will be coming out, which will be the last major addition before the full release (which will probably happen a couple weeks after). The Pet Shop should be a good way for people to dump loads of platinum, which we know is an issue right now - especially for players who were playing when platinum was significantly easier to get (more details to come). At some point this month there should also be an update letting players who are doing tons of damage get further faster - which we know is also an issue right now.
Also later this month the second Official WASD Soundtrack is coming out, and all of the tracks will be put into the game (15+ more minutes of music). Just like the last soundtrack, you'll also be able to download it through Steam and add it to your library (thanks for 4k downloads on the first one!).
All of next month we're going to have a Halloween event. There will be a bunch of new spooky enemies (some of which will stick around after the event ends), as well as some exclusive outfits you'll be able to earn by taking them down. We're not sure if we're going to do this for all major holidays, but there's already enemies made for a Christmas event as well, so at the very least there will be another one.
