Just a few quick fixes following yesterdays Halloween patch
- Fixed daytime clouds still spawning on main menu
- Fixed pet bullets appearing in front of regular bullets
- Fixed neutral pets bullets appearing as previously equipped elements
- Fixed "Mad Scientist" and "Fake Princess" hit animations
- Adjusted Halloween event UI
- Adjusted nighttime background
