It's Paragon: The Overprime.
In Paragon: The Overprime, we've been actively addressing players who disrupt the in-game environment to ensure fair and enjoyable gameplay. We're now planning to strengthen our actions with even more robust processes.
To provide you, the Warriors, with a better gaming environment, we're introducing the "Creating a Healthy Gaming Environment" campaign.

■ Enhanced Reporting Function Sanctions
1. We're improving our criteria for faster processing of in-game reports.
2. There have been instances where multiple users target a single user, abusing the existing reporting system. In cases where a reporter abuses the system, we will apply stronger sanctions in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 1, Clauses 8 (Actions that damage the honor of the company or third parties or disrupt business), Article 11, Paragraph 1, Clauses 16 (Actions that harass or threaten other users, cause continuous suffering or discomfort to specific users), and Article 11, Paragraph 1, Clauses 17 (Actions that transmit, post, or distribute content that is deeply offensive or invasive of personal information, affecting the honor or privacy of others) of the Terms of Service.
■ Introduction of a Reporting Channel for Swift Responses
1. To offer you, the Warriors, the best matchmaking experience, we've established a new reporting channel.
2. In the future, additional reports beyond in-game ones will be accepted through this channel.
3. We will prioritize reports through these channels.
4. Please be sure to use the appropriate channels, as we will not review cases that are communicated separately, such as DM or general chat, for sanctions.
5. Providing video evidence and similar information can expedite our response, so keep that in mind.
■ Low Priority Matchmaking System Added to the Game
1. We're implementing a Low Priority Matchmaking system for players with bad manners.

■ Weekly Sanctions for Bad Manners Behavior
1. We're currently identifying and sanctioning players with bad manners on a weekly basis.
