Fix: Regarding Issues With Launching the Game

For most users unable to launch, you can likely fix the issue by going into the local files and running "redist001.exe" from the game folder and restarting your computer. It is not ideal, but this is the temporary working fix that we have while I work on fixing the issue and integrating it with Steam.
