Mercenaries!
Many mercenaries have reported abnormal ranking abuse, and the issue has been addressed.
The mercenary in question has been subject to secondary policy sanctions. If a similar policy violation is discovered in the future, a permanent ban will be imposed.
Currently, the mercenary subject to the abuse has had their season experience reset,
and the ranking page will also be notified of the changes.
Abuse Policy Update - EXP
We have identified cases where players created abnormal rooms in Custom Channels to gain experience points unfairly.
After reviewing previous season data, it appears some XP was obtained through unintended methods.
To ensure fair play, a new rule will be applied starting this season:
Any player caught abusing XP gain in this manner will have their Season Ranking reset by default.
The definition of “abnormal behavior” is at the discretion of the game operations team.
Penalty Structure:
1st – Warning
2nd – 30-day account suspension
3rd – Permanent ban
