Fixed the delay happening at the start of RMB camera pan.
Added a pop up window that shows up when opening the research menu, showing completed research information if there is any. It's nice and gets the job done. A better UI and interface experience will come with the UI Overhaul, QoL & Translations update which is very soon, but wanted to sneak it in anyway for now since it's one of the most wanted features.
