Fixes
- Fix bug with skeleton boss ending encounter early during crystal phase.
- Exploding mushrooms deactivated when underground boss is completed.
- Fix mushroom targeting collision layer. (Ignore raycast.)
- Fix error when loading save game that has no tutorial completion information.
- Fix some sounds that were not managed by the sound manager.
