Bug Fix:
1. fixed cannot close status screen in week2
2. add tutorial in "?" button in week 1
3. add confirm menu when player entering their name
一、修正week2中角色提示頁面不能關掉的bug
二、增加遊戲教程（在week1的「？」按鈕中）
三、增加一開始玩家改名字後的確認頁面
