Hello everyone!
This is a small hotfix to solve 2 issues:
Fixed a crash that happened when an ongoing building project was finished in a resistance base that had already been lost. Now those projects are stopped at the moment the base is lost.
Tweaked the equipment of the starting squad when the resistance headquarters are in Winterbless to fit into the 35 equipment point limit.
