Changed:
The edit map area dialog now has scroll bars for smaller displays.
When editing the empire shares and pips, one can now enter a 5 for pips, which will automatically increase the shares by one and set the pips to zero.
Fixed:
Viewing a previously closed window without ending the game will now display the window.
When editing the empire shares, one can now enter any number from 0 to 10 for the shares.
