Smooth locomotion is now an option that can be toggled on the clipboard options. Movement and rotation options can be toggled separately.
There are two types of smooth movement:
LOOK DIRECTION: Hold both the left-hand and right-hand teleport buttons down to move in the direction you are looking.
FREE MOVEMENT (Twin stick): Use the left joystick for forward/back & side strafing, and the right joystick for smooth rotation.
Note for Vive users:
Vive controllers only have the first option (look movement) available in the default SteamVR controller bindings. You can manually override by providing a binding to the 'move' and 'rotate' actions. These will work on the touchpads, but are incredibly sensitive.
