Dear users,
We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. The keys initially provided were press keys and, for this reason, were deactivated. At the time, we were not aware of any draw or the number of keys requested as part of the press. As developers, we do not deal directly with the marketing side, but we are committed to providing you with an effective solution.
To solve this problem, we are responding to each user. We ask you to provide us with your email address so that we can send you official passwords that have no expiration date. We sincerely apologize for what happened. We have already sent the new passwords to the corresponding organizers to avoid future inconveniences.
We want to make it clear that this incident did not originate with any bad intentions towards the users. Simply, due to the lack of knowledge of the issue, it was not handled correctly at the time. However, we are working hard to correct the situation.
In addition, we are pleased to inform you that the Viral Execution update is now available. We remind you that this game was developed in just 6 months as part of a contest inspired by that year's virus, and has subsequently received numerous improvements.
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to your prompt response with the requested information. With much respect, we send you a big hug.
