Fata Deum | Patch 11 | Now Live On The Beta Branch!

Patch 11 is now available on the Beta Branch!

We have added a new general ability for elemental orbs: drawing miracles!

Once an elemental orb has been summoned, it can now be used to draw a shape on the terrain. Once the shape is closed, a miracle is performed on the area defined by the shape!

The size of the shape is, of course, limited to the power level of the orb itself.

In addition, you can perform different miracles depending on the way you draw the miracle: if the miracle is drawn clockwise, you perform a negative miracle, while drawing counterclockwise results in a positive miracle.

🛠️ Patch Notes v11

As a first step, we have added miracle drawing for the fire orb and the two miracles:

  • Inferno (clockwise drawing): Damages mortals and zombies and burns vegetation.

  • Holy Fire (counterclockwise drawing): Damages immortals and heals/revives mortals.

Don't mix it up, or you'll burn your poor mortals instead of healing them!

This is your first glimpse of Holy Fire — stay tuned for a look at the Inferno in our next news!

At the same time, we're working on a new feature that will be introduced in January next year: the Hero Priest!

We're not revealing any more details yet, just a little spoiler:
