Item hotkeys and the VTube Studio API are not quite done yet, so here's a small update in between!

Update content:
- Drag & Drop support for items. Just drag items (PNG/JPG/GIF/...) into the VTS window to load them into the scene without revealing the VTS interface on stream.
- Support for GIF items.
- Smoothing for items to make them track your model more loosely/smoothly.
- Search box for models.
- Auto-start for: USB, Virtual Webcam and NDI.
- General VTS config is now saved into a text file (JSON) you can backup, modify, etc.
- Select things in lists in VTS per double-click instead of clicking "Select" every time.
- ...and more!!
