Hello chefs! We are honored to introduce you to Chef Mike, who has just been appointed the Ambrosia Culinary Ambassador!
To celebrate the appointment, Chef Mike has taken the time to record a second video cooking some of the meals you will cook yourself in Epic Chef when it launches on November 11th!
Ready your apron and best chef's hat and join Chef Mike in this cook-along video where he cooks up a Unicorn Fillet on top of an Etheral Potato cake with some asparagus, oven-dried tomatoes, and Unicorn pan reduction sauce! After that, Chef Mike serves up the second dish, a full vegan soup, a caramelised onion and strong cider soup, with a garnish of pan-seared mushrooms in the middle!
