[Live] Patch 1.3.1e | Hotfix
A quick little fix for some issues found on the P47d and removed some unused files from the previous Windows Build

Changes
- Changed the P47d 9x250lbs payload to a 6x250lbs (closest I was able to find a reference of)
- I’ve lost my reference to the 9x250lbs bomb payload for the P47 if anyone can find anything related to such a payload let me know and I’ll add the configuration back in.
Bug Fixes
- P47
- Fixed an issue with missing textures on P47 payload pylons
- Fixed a problem with payloads not being correctly positioned on the aircraft
- Fixed an Issue with Custom Belts are bugging out for weapons 37mm or larger causing them to no longer fire projectiles
