They are created and genetically improved in the 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨-𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐛, located in H.O.P.E base in Santa Catalina.
Currently, there are 54 active 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨-𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐛 in the base, where the future soldiers are developing their knowledge in a four year period and all memories are being loaded to their brain through a virtual reality system.
