This week on Radio we start off with some songs from Poland's Plug and Play. These songs remind me of Joy Division with more guitar and less synth. Or maybe it's just the nihilistic tone of the lyrics. "Enemy" and "Stop Me" both have some buildup sections to some extended tunneled downhills.
And finally, the really experimental song of the week--it's a french kids' choir singing an a capella rendition of the classic spiritual "Go tell it on the mountain." Les Petits Chanteurs de Montigny is the breakout group of the year, I'm tellin ya.
