Another small patch
Fixed issue with rice and corn sometimes not appearing
(This still needs improvement, rice will appear after unlocking but only on new seeds/planets, this will be changed - reasons for this kinda thing was initially to
give players a reason to start new planets but we're starting to change our mind on that, it seems people prefer sticking with a main world and using others as a sort of extra.
So that's our first BIG gamestyle change based on feedback - we will be allowing players to have a bit more freedom and feel less locked into game decisions)
Another issue we are thinking about is customization. Part of the game theme was that you get these people/operatives/astronauts that you have to work with (with their pros and cons), pick the best of them for the task/your playstyle with minimal customization.
Kinda mirroring the real world. We don't just get to customize those we work with or befriend haha, but we can help and guide them to grow and improve and that's why there are upgrades and stats (we are still planning on adding a localized upgrade system)
- but people want customization too badly, so we will be thinking about this further down the line!
Technical:
- Fixed crop sorting, sometimes player body could appear through crops
- Fixed issue with rice and corn sometimes not appearing
- Other small bug fixes
Gameplay:
- Nothing this time
Reported issues:
- We had a reported issue of crop specific missions being completed by any crop, this needs a bit more investigation, have not yet reproduced it.
(If anyone who experiences this as well can provide images, video or info about this in the forums that would be very helpful)
Thank you and keep providing feedback, it's been really helpful so far!
