HOTFIX: Big Picture Name Entry, Save Reset, Various Fixes

SIT Hotfix:
-Added Big Picture Gamepad support for name entry.
-"Reset Save" button (in main menu only, unhidden when moving up in options).
-Options screen in title no longer loads intro video.
-Final boss death fix.
-Bowling alley still intact.
