We’re happy to tell you that the third episode of the Official Mod Tool Tutorial video series is now out! This time we’re getting serious - Dragon will do his best to teach you about creating and configuring countries, which will later allow you to fight wars, create alliances… Well, do pretty much anything that the game is about! We will also learn how to put provinces into regions and how to create blocs!
