January 18th Patch

- Turn off 'Help I'm Stuck' button when playing Challenge from Main Menu
- Lowers difficulty of Wall Run 2 Challenge Room
- Allows redeeming Bit meter for Dark Drips after all Trinkets are unlocked, but without offering Trinket Trunk
- Fixes Backpack Colors not having cost or being saved as unlocked when accessed in Odette's Outfitters
- Fixes Kitty Hood not re-appearing in Closets in either Odette's Outfitters and Hop's room in the Airship
- Tweaks navmesh in Deep Mines for less weird respawning after making it across the big gap
- Don't hide Finale Void portal in Forest Ending after seeing All Drips ending to make it still possible to get 100% achievement
- Disallow pausing while loading
