A couple things:
ESC now opens the menu. I have no idea why I hadn't thought to do that until now. (Full controls binding should be coming at some point...)
Fixed bugs related to some of the new course-oriented Achievements.
Sapphire Lugs always appear in courses when you have Challenges active, even if you haven't completed them before.
Tweaked some models and UI elements.
