Small hotfix to the game addressing a handful of issues
FIXES
- Freight shipment costs and amount should show correctly
- Resource plots now show correct worker wages
- Name no longer reverts back to Novic when creating a new save
- Gravestones are labelled correctly
- Addressed some missing text strings
