This is a firm pre-brief on the goals and service direction of the returning Original Super People.
1) War on Cheats
Build a clean, cheat-free battlefield.
Enforce swiftly and decisively via a dedicated response team and reinforced, dual-layer anti-cheat.
2) Why This Direction
Under full F2P, unlimited account creation weakened sanctions.
To block cheaters at the root, paid access applies to new players only.
3) Service Model
All players: When a cheat report is validated, we claw back DIA from the banned cheater and reward the reporter.
Existing players: Free access (if a license is already in your Library).
New players: Paid entry → DIA equal to the purchase amount → usable for Super Pass and cosmetics.
“Existing vs. new” is determined by license/product-key activation status on your account.
4) Make-Good
For prior Super People purchases not refunded, we will credit 130% of that amount in DIA.
We intended to share this earlier. The dual-layer anti-cheat, the dedicated response team,
the jury-style review enhancements, and the restoration of the Original Super People app
required time. Thank you for your patience.
Our top priority is clear: deliver a stable, cheat-free environment.
During Early Access, we will listen closely and stick to fundamentals.
To every Super Soldier who has supported Super People—thank you. We will do our utmost
to deliver a SUPER SAFE & SWEET experience.
