- Fixed an issue where it may have been possible for underemployment to become negative.
- Fixed an issue where gasoline tax revenue could be a negative number.
- Fixed an issue where gasoline tax legislation was missing from the legislation menu while playing as a city council member or mayor.
- Fixed an issue where changing turnout values in advanced options could cause turnout to go above 100%, which could cause rallies to produce negative turnout.
- Updated the legislative process so NPCs are less likely to create tax legislation with a tax rate over 100%.
- Fixed an issue where an NPC state house election in the player's state house district could cause one of the candidates to receive negative votes.
- Fixed an issue where federal legislation for Drug Courts indicated that the legislation applied to city funding, even though the legislation actually applied to both city and state funding.
