Dream Perks are the game's permanent progression system, allowing players to unlock upgrades that persist across every run.
After each employee dies or is fired, the next one is recruited by the mysterious Dream Workers Company™, where the Dream Points earned based on duration of each run in days are invested into improving future employees.
Players can purchase permanent upgrades such as increased Airport Health, additional equipment slots, higher Reputation gains, and many other long-term improvements.
Unlike temporary perks found during a run, Dream Perks are never lost, encouraging players to gradually build stronger employees over multiple playthroughs while embracing the game's satirical "replaceable workforce" theme.
