We deeply apologize for the recent unstable server conditions.
We are happy to announce that the emergency maintenance was completed as of 3:00am (PT) on 10/7 and that the servers are back online with no issues. The issue was due to a burden on the Middleware, which is used for Room Match and collecting penalty action information.
We will be sending out 1,000 Death Metal to everyone as compensation, which players can redeem if they have played the game by 10/9, 23:59 (PDT).
Those who have purchased the Season Pass (Jamboree Pass) will also receive 300 Death Metal to make up for the period they were unable to play the game (this compensation is only for players who have purchased the Jamboree Pass by this announcement).
The entire development team will continue to implement various improvements to ensure all our players can have a stable and enjoyable experience of DEATHVERSE.
