Fixed some of the bugs that have been brought up - most importantly the region tracking switch not being set correctly.
Patch Notes:
- Added extra work on the Region Tracking/Music Switch. Unfortunately this fix won't fix current playthroughs with incorrect region tracking. HOWEVER that's only a visual and slight music bug, all other functionality is fine. If this continues to pop up I'll spend some time to overhaul the system.
- You can open up that sound settings in the main menu now.
- Sound settings save correctly.
- A few duplicate lore entries have been fixed.
- Apostrophe's show up in lore entries now.
