Character balance is also adjusted:
Ran: Active skill changed to “observe the card slot of the rival, select one and copy it (CD12 SP40)”
Chen: Passive skill will be triggered if payment > 2000 x Price Index. Doesn’t need Ran to pay for it.
Shikieki: Add “gain 15 crystal pts once a man is in jail” to passive skill.
Fixed abnormal termination in story mission and bug in ranking board.
