Due to an increase in posts and reports that players are experiencing rubber-banding and lag issues, we're asking for your help. We need anyone experiencing these issues to do the following:
Enter /latencytest into the chat bar while in game
This process takes 10 minutes and you'll receive notice once it is completed in chat. The information will be output to the log folder, in APBGame/Logs/, as "Latency - .csv"
Attach the file to an email and send it to [email protected] with the following information:
City / State / Country You're located in
Server that you ran the latency test on
Please do this anytime you're starting to see lag issues or rubber-banding. This will help us greatly in tracking down what the issue is.
