recently the Game Servers crashed many times and we are very sorry about that. Together with Blueside we are working on fixing the problems we are facing and would like to apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
Therefore, we would like to send you a compensation to make up for the lost playtime, including:
- 1x Gold Ingot (450k Gold)
- 1x Cubics x5,000 Bundle
- 1x Troop Conscription Paper (Rare)
- 2x Troop Strategy Book IV
- 50x Crack Shard
You can find them as System-Mail in your ingame mailbox. The compensation can be redeemed once per account. Please login until the 23.12. (midnight, CET / 3 PM PST) to get your items. Once you have received the mail, it will stay in your mailbox for 28 days.
[Note] A few of you received a package yesterday already which had a broken item inside. Therefore we have sent a fixed version, now.
