We've added the classic game mode Capture the Flag (CTF) and we think it's going to be a game changer. We plan to add a bunch of cool stuff to CTF in the future and bring it closer to the Tribes experience (e.g. turrets, mines, radar, generator, gear, etc.). Furthermore, adding CTF gave us a technical premise to quickly add more game modes in the future. Here are the details on the release:
- Added Capture the Flag mode!
- Increased jetpack burn rate to promote ground-based movement and combat.
- Removed VR support to reduce development time until there is demand for it.
