Discord Bot Studio 1.2

Version 1.2 brings the following changes:

• Discord.js v12 compatibility. This fixes most outstanding bugs. (Follow instructions on home page to enable intents for this to work!).
• Add ability to set rich presence. This is things like "Playing" or "Streaming" for the bot.
• Fixed issue with Get Mentioned user.
• Updated the way node packages are installed to improve startup times.
• Role restrictions for commands not working in general.
• Other bug fixes.
