* To change the recipe to "Pumpkin Pie Shop"
Only the first time, 30 Ark is required to unlock.
If you unlock even one house, you don't need Ark after that
It is possible to change the recipe to "Pumpkin pie shop".
Also, during Halloween, the islanders are dressed up as zombies and ghosts.
