Summer parkour update hotfix 2

- Fixed collision issues in multiple places
- Fixed the Cootie slayer armor helmet
- Fixed a texture issue on the wild west dresses
- adjusted the make up on the Flamenco dress (Come on Carol, learn to do that correctly)
