With Annihilation Line, we wanted to continue the mission statement we set out when we released the main game; creating a gaming experience which accurately reflects the original vision of the Terminator franchise as seen in The Terminator and T2: Judgment Day.
But we also wanted to build upon this and introduce fan-favourite characters like Kyle Reese, as well as incorporate enemies unused in the feature films such as the HK Centurion, and expand the lore in a way that felt natural and respectful. We hope that you enjoy returning to the post-Judgment Day future, and we can’t wait to see your thoughts, impressions, and screenshots!

- A thrilling, action-packed original story featuring over 4 hours of new content, which will delve deeper into the history of Jacob Rivers and take players to new areas of post-apocalyptic California.
- Fight shoulder-to-shoulder with the iconic Resistance hero Kyle Reese and help him become the man who will sacrifice everything for the sake of a better future. Plus, meet other characters exclusive to the DLC, and live out Kyle’s visions of the future seen in The Terminator.
- Venture beyond the line of fire as you cross Skynet’s deadly Annihilation Line, and carry out a vital mission to strike a deadly blow to the machines. Arm yourself with an expanded arsenal of weapons, and defend against enemies never before seen in a Terminator video game such as the T-600 and HK Centurion.

In the trailer, you’ll be able to see Jacob Rivers, Kyle Reese, and their team on the run from the overwhelming force of Skynet...including an intimidating and deadly new machine, the HK Centurion, an enemy never previously seen in a Terminator video game.
In addition to this, we will be playing through this section of the campaign live and unedited on our Twitch Channel on Friday, 3rd December at 8am PST/ 4pm GMT / 5pm CET. During the stream, you’ll be able to see this newly revealed part of the campaign in greater detail, with some additional information and commentary!
We cannot wait for you to fight alongside iconic Resistance hero Kyle Reese next week.

Annihilation Line is a new narrative DLC campaign for Terminator: Resistance and picks up mid-way through the main campaign story. The DLC sees Jacob Rivers and a small team of Resistance soldiers led by Kyle Reese heading into the most dangerous territory imaginable...the land beyond the Annihilation Line.

BECOME A TERMINATOR – Take on the role of an iconic T-800 series Infiltrator and utilize a wide variety of weaponry as you breach the defenses of the Resistance forces.
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER – Build up your data banks with INTEL claimed from Resistance patrols and caches to discover the locations of key enemy strongholds.

- Russian subtitles and text are now supported

Balance
- General enemy AI Improvements and fixes
- Enemies will behave differently based on difficulty selection
- Improved general balance of difficulty levels.
- Loot found will now differ depending on the difficulty
- Weapon stats will differ between difficulties
- General weapon stats have been slightly modified
- Skill tree variables have been slightly modified
- Rail plasma weapons (Snipers) now consume 5 ammo rounds per shot, instead of 1

How goes the fight against Skynet and the machines?
We have another important mission for you. We’ve seen all the love and support you’ve given to the story, world and characters in Terminator: Resistance. Your kind words have really been appreciated by everyone at Reef and Teyon. We would love it if you would take the time to vote for Terminator: Resistance in the Steam Awards for the “Outstanding Story-Rich Game" category.
Terminator: Resistance producer at Teyon, Piotr Latocha gave us some behind the scenes information about how the game’s story was created. ‘We knew from previous experience that this game should feature an original story & cast of characters to be satisfying to Terminator fans across the world. We focused on the Future War storyline that is tantalizingly hinted at during ‘The Terminator’ and ‘T2’ as it allowed us to make a meaningful contribution to the lore these two movies created in a scenario we thought that fans would be eager to discover more about.
We focused on building on what is uncovered about the Future War in ‘The Terminator’ and ‘T2’. For example, our game deals with the appearance of the first Infiltrator Unit and its effect on the war against the machines – as Kyle Reese said in The Terminator ‘these are new’. We tried our best to build on, or to compliment such Future War threads set-up in these legendary movies.
We also believe there is much more to these two legendary movies than just thrilling action so we wanted to have bonds of friendship, family and romance in our game as well. We endeavored to create a cast of characters with intriguing backstories that the player will have a chance to learn if they’re willing to.
We were thrilled that Terminator fans seemed to enjoy both the game’s Future War story and cast of new Terminator characters so much, of all the things we worked on for the game this is probably the most satisfying aspect.’

Terminator: Resistance has released today! The wait is finally over, the game is out now and we hope that everyone is enjoying Terminator: Resistance so far! We have been paying close attention to everyone's feedback and it's great to see so much support and interest for the game

The wait is finally over, the game is out now and we hope that everyone is enjoying Terminator: Resistance so far! We have been paying close attention to everyone's feedback and it's great to see so much support and interest for the game!
The main goal with this project has been to create a story and world which Terminator fans will love, remaining faithful to the source material shown in the beloved movies.
Although the game has released, we will still be working hard to ensure that everyone gets to enjoy the game to it's fullest. If you are unsure about something before purchasing, or experiencing any technical issues, please let us know in the discussion section.
We are aware of some of issues which have already been posted, so rest assured that we're paying attention! We will work with the developers at Teyon to ensure that the game can be played by as many people as possible!
