As of 1/29/19, Reine Works has added another patch (1.3) to the game.
Here's the changelog:

Simplified Chinese translation added - Switch between English and Chinese on the main menu
1 English typo fixed
A minor bug within Isolde's route was fixed
Ending/credits sequence was redone - New ending theme added
The content patch was updated with various typo fixes

We've updated TWA to version 1.2.
As we're told by Reine Works, this is more or less a collection of many small fixes and a few quality of life tweaks/improvements.
Change log:

Simple opening video added
Clarification added to the "enter your nickname" section
Misc. typos have been corrected
Some passages have had minor changes for clarity and/or flow
Some old sound effects have been replaced
Many new sound effects have been added
A number of minor animations have been added
Some basic visual changes, fixes, and additions for Priya & Isolde's routes (mostly the latter)
If you had the uncensor patch previously downloaded, you may need to redownload it - you can find a link on the game's page on our site; http://tophat.studio.
