To celebrate this, the last planned update, Max Gentlemen Sexy Business! is 69% off! That's the largest discount we're likely to ever have!
We've added two new costume sets. A Valentine's set and a buff set to match the beard set we added in November. To unlock the buff costumes, just raise any executive's fisticuffs over 100. ːarmpumpː
Oh, and in case you needed an excuse to spend more time with your favorite executives, we've added 25 new friendships for Angel and Cashious with the rest of the cast! They become available near the end of the 3rd arc. (And should be available right away if you've reached that point.)
So maybe you noticed that I called this the last planned update. What does that mean? Well, officially, Sexy Business is no longer my first priority. It's time I moved on to a new project. It's been an amazing four years since I started Sexy Business and I'm so happy to have been able to add the expansion and all these free updates. The community is really amazing and I'm sad to leave this project behind. Is this the end for Max Gentlemen? Probably not. I still have a few ideas for Sexy Business, but I have no idea when and if I will get to them. So for now, I hope what we made is good enough.

Optimization Focused Build v2.13

Tweaks:

Optimized texture loading: requires less RAM to play
Added "Simplified Resource Icons" to advanced options (slightly less CPU usage than default icons)
Removed a shader thingy I wasn't using but was probably slowing down Gentsona rendering
Biz events now use text speed settings

Redundancy added to re-gen lost rivals data (a bandage for saves affected by the above bug)
Fix for honorable trait being paired with huge health pool as a result of mysterious or phoenix traits
Fixed a bug where mysterious trait would change both traits - now should only see mysterious trait by itself
For now, if you hit ESC twice during a corgi race, it will just skip it. (for slow performing computers)
Fix for Angel + Cash being hirable before beating act 3 (they SHOULD be hirable AFTER you beat it)
Above fix should prevent some other slightly odd behaviors that were adding them at strange times before arc 3

Hello everyone. It's now December and the "Fall" release window that I was aiming for for the Free The British are COMING! update is almost past us.
As you can imagine, the pandemic has impacted everyone on the team and our schedule was nothing more than wishful thinking during this bollocks of a year. Rest assured, this update is all I've been working on. We've even brought on 5 new team members since launch! On the plus side, the extra time means we've been able to add even more content than we originally planned. So where does the update stand? Well, I'm currently aiming for "Winter(?)" now.
I apologize for the delay and it's heartbreaking to have to wait so long to share our work with you. I must ask you to wait a bit longer but I can promise it will be worth it (free!?) We could easily charge $10 for the amount of content we're adding -or- have rushed it out the door to meet the initial deadline but... well, nah I'd rather do a good job and reward our fan-base with the luscious update you all deserve.
Speaking of, Here is a peek at just some of features to expect in the update:
