- Added the fun fun ability to PAY RENT!
- ----> Rent has to be paid at the start of each month.
- ----> Rent is prorated for your first month you start in based on today's date.
- ----> If you reach 6 months past due on rent, you get evicted.
- ----> Rent is paid in the new Rent panel (house icon)
- Added icons to the jobs that require educations for clarity.
- Added starting Cash and Debt for different difficulties.
- Pay Down Debt area disappears when you have 0 Debt.
- Added click sounds to the customization screens.
- Optimized backend systems with accessories on the player to behave properly.
ADJUSTMENTS
- Removed some weird pitchbending for audio.
FIXES
- Fixed a bug where stocks would not save between playthroughs.
- Fixed a bug where stock prices would not save between playthroughs.
- Fixed a bug where the objective that showed how many items were bought always said there were 0 items max.
- Fixed a bug where scratch cards would not show as a winner and just award you the money.
- Fixed a super bug where you could not get achievements anymore.
- Fixed a bug where the Quit in the Game Over screen would not go back to the Main Menu.
- Fixed some weird graphical UI issues.
- Fixed a bug where you could not sell stocks if you had no money.
- Fixed shopping panel layouts to look more appealing and less trashfire.
- Fixed a bug where the Keep Playing button would appear on game loss.
- Cleaned up some translation issues.
- Adjusted the camera to sit better on game and not cut the bottom of the screen of in different resolutions.

- HOLIDAY CONTENT CHANGES
- ---> From December 15th to January 15th every year, the game will switch into Holiday mode.
- ---> Some items will have a new look!
- ---> There's an unlockable Santa hat!
- CHARACTER CUSTOMIZATION IMPROVEMENTS
- ---> The Character Customization screen has been drastically improved.
- ---> There are now shirts, pants, hats, or full out costumes that you can wear for a playthrough!
- Debt amounts are reduced by 30% on Easy difficulty.
- Revamped the options menu to include a Resolution / Fullscreen option.
- Russian is now an added language!
Adjustments
- Game now starts at 50% master volume if first time opened.
- Darkened the wallpaper of the room slightly to ease the eyes.
- Life Events have been updated for balance.
- ---> Copyright Lawsuit event reduced from 29k debt to 22.5k.
- ---> Stolen Credit Card event reduced from 10k debt to 7.5k.
- ---> Television Shorting Out event reduced from 2k debt to 1.75k.
- ---> Local Magazine event increased from 2k cash to 2.5k.
- ---> Child Borrows Credit Card event reduced from 10k debt to 5.5k.
- ---> Family Dies Funeral event reduced from 7.5k debt to 6.5k.

Fixes
- Fixed a bug when you load a saved game where the Newspaper Classifieds do not say your correct job or salary.
- Fixed a bug when you load a saved game where sometimes the entire game would "erase" and show everything generic.
- Fixed a bug that occurred after receiving a promotion, the job and salary would no longer show correctly in the Newspaper Classifieds.
- Fixed German localization issues.
- Fixed a game breaking bug where you were unable to complete the game even though you had all the items.

- Intro Logos will now continue playing when minimized.
- Some graphical inconsistencies were adjusted to feel better.
- Greatly increased the odds to win the lotto. (Still will be difficult, but not unexpectedly impossible).
FIXES
- Fixed a bug where you were unable to pay a bill that has only one month left of payment.
- Fixed a bug where paying a bill in full would sometimes not remove it from your bills screen and then mess with your total expenses. You'd also be paying negative months due.
- Fixed a bug where you were unable to buy lotto tickets after a certain amount of cash spent.
- Fixed a bug where the items in the shop were incorrectly displaying how many items were purchased.
- Fixed a bug where jobs were not resetting each month.

So, finishing the game has been brought to our attention as an issue more than once. So here are some modifications that hopefully make things more fair but seem not to.
New Patch Notes
- Modified how items now appear in the shop (you will not see the same item for 2 months).
- You can no longer buy or sell stocks when the stock is at $0.
- You can no longer attempt to buy if you have less cash than the stock that you want.
- You can no longer attempt to sell stocks if you have zero in that stock.

- Fixed a bug where the shop panel's exit button would hide behind the objectives tab.
- Adjusted the wording for when a bill is late from "due in -6 days" to "6 Days Late".

- Fixed a massively gamebreaking bug where the game would completely break and you couldn't buy anything.
- Fixed a massively gamebreaking bug where you were unable to purchase Basic Education and the game would break when you saved after attempting to purchase it.
- Fixed the UI sorting, life alerts now appear on top of the shop pages instead of behind.
- Fixed an issue where the Study button was unclickable.
- Fixed an issue where taking a job would not close the job panel.
- Due to the ridiculousness of the above bugs, Life and Debt will be on sale for 25% off for the next two weeks!

On March 16th, we released a BRAND NEW GAME called Chronicle: Unit Eight.
Chronicle is a top down arcade space bullethell with roguelike elements thrown into the mix! Imagine if Ikaruga and Rogue Legacy had a baby!

What's up cool people?! Here's a quick update that fixes a large issue during a continued save game and some adjustments! Read on! FIXES - Fixed a game breaking bug that did not let you buy more education if you purchased the basic education and then saved the game and continued.

- Fixed a game breaking bug that did not let you buy more education if you purchased the basic education and then saved the game and continued.
CHANGES
- Owning a clock reduces your chance of losing a job by 5%.
- Owning a coffee maker reduces your chance of losing a job by 3%.
- Every education that you purchase reduces your chance of losing a job by 5%.
----> A grand total of a 48% reduction if you own everything!- Game now saves on force close as well as "Save & Exit"

BUGFIX: Pay Down Debt buttons now work as intended and no longer awkwardly remove your money without showing you it did.
BUGFIX: Fixed the way that Cash works and is shown. You'll no longer go less than zero and then not receive the full amount of money when you gain from that negative point. Zero is now definitely zero.
BUGFIX: Fixed a bug where education you purchased would not show that it saved after exiting the game and then continuing. You were able to re-buy it and lose an extra chunk of cash.
BUGFIX: Fixed an issue with saving your custom character.
BUGFIX: Fixed an issue with saving your current purchased education.
- Added "PayDay" to the floating text when you make money from a job and not other sources!

BUGFIX: Fixed a bug where income taxes (April 15th) were not showing up.
BUGFIX: Fixed small grammatical errors.

- From today's patch but the notes did not make it in, SAVING now works and is perfect!
- Added hotkeys to open Shop (Alpha 1), Lottery (Alpha 2), Study (Alpha 3), and Stocks (Alpha 4)!
