Thank you everyone for your feedback! Despite being overloaded by other work, I've tried to address most of your suggestions; there might still be minor updates to address some more of them in the future if we'll get a chance.

We are planning ship the Major Update for True or False Universe sometime next week. It will be a big free update, and you'll be able to have fun playing the game with the new content on holidays! And that's it for True or False series.
I’m very happy to see how True or False Universe turned out to be, and it’s time for me to move on to work on other games that you’ll enjoy playing.
Today, we're announcing an all-new trivia game called Amazing Trivia.

Amazing Trivia is a classic trivia game where questions are split into multiple categories. We made sure that all of your favorite features from our past games are present; there are interesting questions, missions, explanations and achievements. We’ll do our best to use all the feedback that you’ve provided for our other games!
Amazing Trivia will be released on Steam in the late January 2018, and it’s price on the release will be less than $0.99. Don't forget to add the game to your wishlist and follow it on Steam to receive updates.
And that's it for today. We're going to kickstart 2018 with two new great games - Amazing Trivia and Foxus, and I can’t wait to share them with you. I’m sure that 2018 is going to be an incredible year for all of us!

We developers create games for two reasons: because we just enjoy making games, and because we love our players.
I’ve wanted to make pixels alive since my early childhood. I still remember how I saw Heroes of Might and Magic, Wolfenstein 3D and Age of Empires for the first time, and that experience still gives me the strength to move forward. I'm still remember reading an article in a game magazine about a new software called Steam, back then it was supposed to revolutionize the way we play games forever.
I’ve actually started making games and software in 2003. Since then, there were some ups and downs, but it was a fun ride along with so many great games.
Different creators has different approaches. Some people prefer to work on their game and stick only to their own ideas and tastes, others are listening to the mainstream trying to make your next generic mass product which you could gift your loved ones on holidays to make them happy, and some are listening to their players and trying to find a middle ground. Each developer has its own preferences, and it’s not like those are different people.
Lads, you are all very different people. “I like to play this game because I want to learn new things”, tell us one of our fans. “If only I could skip those explanation bubbles”, tells us one player, who doesn’t care about any explanations. “It’s no fun to make exactly the same game for the third time”, thought me when I’ve started my work on the game. I think that there is no clear solution in situation like that.
That’s why our model is to make the best game we can, hear all of your suggestions and make it the game most of you would enjoy. We’re trying to collect your feedback and understand what we should make next or how to fix something that is broken. We’re reading your reviews, forums and watching letplays to both have fun and understand where things might went wrong. And that’s not the same thing as adding advanced features which we were never planning to add, or reworking the game from the scratch.
I’ve met many amazing game designers who are designing free-to-play games, and they say that good free-to-play gives ability to pay more for those who wants to pay more, because their money actually keep companies and games running and updated with the new content. Pay-to-win and similar tactics are actually considered bad, lazy, wrong free-to-play between us, devs. Gaming industry is quickly evolving, and non-free standalone games might disappear almost completely in the nearest future. That said, this has nothing to do with True or False Universe, which is an absolutely free game.
My message for those who are still disapponted with the game or me: you can’t always get what you want. We got to do what we got to do; you’ve got your rights as customers, and we do respect them. And I don’t need your money; this game cost me my heart and soul, I've put several months of my life into making it, and I believe that no amount of money will ever compensate for that. Hell, devs like me take money only because they would allow them to work on more games for players we do love.
For those who are still with us: new update v 1.1 is up. We’ve fixed that annoying delay after the fact without explanations, now it works three times faster. I’m still thinking if there really should be a way to skip explanations because that would take significant amount of my time and implement and wasn’t planned by design. We’ve also fixed plenty of content and questions - thanks to everyone who sent their reports and suggestions!
We’re expecting big news soon. We’re working on the update v2.0, but neither release date nor feature list were decided yet. Please do not buy any of our games until the further notice (the next update). I hope we’ll stay in touch via Discord or some other way.
This is a free game, this is my gift to the community for their love, and it will remain as a free game until the end. I’ve actually cancelled my ticket to Valve on Friday morning. Just enjoy the game and don’t worry that one day someone will reset your achievements or take the game away from your library. Your experience is our experience as well.

We came across a serious issue, and I have to ask Valve to help us out.
True or False Universe was always supposed to be a personal gift for those who have supported previous games in the series. I've developed it on my savings and neither got any money from players for it, nor planned to do so. I have no plans of monetizing the game as free-to-play application or releasing any paid DLCs for it, because you, players, keep asking me not to do so.
Now I'd like to ask Valve to change the game's price from free to paid, with the price set as $1.99. I am sure the same players would have nothing against the game being non-free for the new players. It will also allow me to focus on my work on update for those who already owns the game.
I hope that this action should resolve the problem described below. If this is impossible due to some restrictions, we're consider taking the game down from the Steam Store despite all the hard work we put in it.
One of the frequent requests is still to add more content to the game quickly and for free. I understand that I should treat this as valuable and important feedback, so I kept politely asking people to post their suggesions on forums.
What is worse, the game has started attracting players who are ignoring most of its content and overall gameplay experience. My friends has told me that many of those players are "easy free 100% achievement completionists" who aren't actually interseted in trivia games. And that some of them might requesting me to add the features which would allow them to automate getting achievements in the game with bots - here I mean automated software for scripting through the game's walkthrough, since this is basically exploiting the game and clearly not the way game was supposed to be played. This whole situation is starting to be a some kind of black mail hurting the experience of the most of the players.
My attitude towards those who love achievements and getting 100% is neutral, but I want this certain issue to be resolved as soon as its possible.
Please carefully read my explanations and do not go straight to writing reviews. We understand that you have one specific issue, but in our case you're essentially asking me to provide more free content in the game. This is already strange because the game has lots of questions, it's the biggest game in True or False series. We will deliver expected changes in the upcoming update for the game.
This is a serious problem which should have been taken care of. In any case, no one will lose their game copy, progress or achievements they have earned via playing the game, so please do not worry about anything. We always want you to have the best experience.

The new update for True or False Universe is already up and running.
- Several game-breaking bugs were fixed
- Difficulty of the game has been changed
- Katakana achievements now are much easier to achieve
- More questions were added to Japanese version
- The Mysterious Achievement is now no longer insanely hard, it's just hard. There are multiple hints on forums, there are hint in the previous news post and in the achievement name, good luck with it.
- There are hundreds of questions, it's just each one of you see only part of them which makes your own playthrough unique and very personal. Don't worry though, if you want to see them all, then most of them are present on the 5th level which is basically huge arena.
- Since I don't want to kill the last HDD I have, this is the final update, at least for now.
We'll meet again, Don't know where, don't know when, But I know we'll meet again.
