Fixed a bug where launching the game with 0xp after ranking up would leave the most recent unlock locked.

Pogo has hopefully recovered from the following issues: - Credits playing on startup. - Levels not unlocking as intended. - Bad steam input settings for non-xbox controllers. All of these issues have been addressed and should be working correctly now. To anyone still experience p
