    Windowed Mode and Other Fixes

    Added a menu option to support windowed mode. The escape key can now go back to the menu and exit the game. Fixed a font display bug. The right arrow now works correctly when moving onto it.

    Added keyboard controls for movement. Use either the arrow keys or WASD to move. Fixed bug with very low music volume not working.
