We are working on the Enhanced Edition of Atom RPG, where we plan to update the engine, visuals, and overall comfort of the game.
For now, please check out Patch 1.191, available in beta:

Moved to an updated engine
Fixed issues with settings and game launch on some systems
Improved grass rendering, every blade of grass now casts a shadow
Added camera movement with the middle mouse button
Started building a backlog for the Enhanced Edition
In November, Patch 1.191 will move to the main branch, while version 1.189 will be moved to a separate "Vanilla" branch for those who prefer the original version without changes.
The vanilla version will remain available at all times.
Patch 1.191 will also be released on all other platforms by the end of 2025.
In version 1.192, we plan to release a bugfix update and correct many materials that were not physically accurate. The game should look even better as a result.

The translation, which contains over 1 million words, is authored solely by the talented translator Edson Belo de Oliveira Júnior. He can be found via his @mundonasher account on Twitter. The moment has come and our second game, which directly continues the series, ATOM RPG: Trudograd has finally been released from Early Access.
Planned as a small DLC, Trudograd quickly grew thanks to your suggestions, and currently boasts the following traits:

Ability to continue playing as your ATOM RPG character - for this you must make a save file after beating ATOM RPG’s last boss and upload it into Trudograd via a helpful menu;
A vast open world, containing 45+ populated locations, from a snowy post apocalyptic megapolis and its outskirts to secret Soviet military bunkers, a large pirate tanker in the frozen sea and a mysterious island, among many more;
30+ combat-only locations where players will get to fight tens of foe varieties from mercenaries to merciless mutants;
300+ characters, each with a unique portrait and branching dialogue;
200+ quests, most with multiple solutions and outcomes;
Fully voiced visual text quests with branching plots and unique hand made artwork;
100+ models of distinct weaponry with 75+ weapon mods for further customization;
3 unique powered Soviet-style exoskeleton armor suits, with 20+ ways to customize and modify them for any playstyle;
45+ hours of gameplay with heightened replayability compared to our studio’s first game;
Original soundtrack;
...And many more additions that make Trudograd a great single player RPG experience!
Now we want to tell you about all the new packs, kits and bundles you might see on our game’s page.

This did not happen often, however we did get messages from people saying they want to wait until the release of Trudograd to check out ATOM RPG. Probably in order to play both titles one straight after another. For those folks, we have created the special ATOM RPG 2-in-1 Edition which features both of our studio’s games. It being a bundle makes it easier to purchase, and allowed us to add a special little discount to boot!

Also, just like with ATOM RPG, we have decided to make an optional purely cosmetic DLC for Trudograd, called the Supporter Pack. This kit was made solely for people who wish to support our studio further even after buying our game. The items in it are purely cosmetic and do not affect the player’s experience. They are only there as a small gift of gratitude for additional support, which is always greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
Finally, as you know, those of you who supported us in Early Access, received a free cosmetic DLC called Veteran’s Pack.

For those of you who missed this opportunity but still want to have something similar to it, or simply wish to support us, we have made the War Supply Pack, which features similar items with similar functions.
Just as before, nothing in the War Supply Pack will change, add to or improve your gaming experience with Trudograd. It is simply a cosmetic addition made in thanks for purely optional, additional support.

Greetings, friends! As many of you already know, we love bringing temporary optional events into our game on special occasions, both to spice up the game you already know through and through as well as to have an excuse to give you some brand new “toys” to play with :) This time

As many of you already know, we love bringing temporary optional events into our game on special occasions, both to spice up the game you already know through and through as well as to have an excuse to give you some brand new “toys” to play with :)
This time the special event we wish to commemorate with a free update is the end of this pretty arduous Winter.
The new content that will be made available for it is going to be a rather large map in the Dead City, where you will get to do a lot of exploring, fighting and surviving for a chance to acquire several new weapons, meet new friends and enemies, as well as uncover a pre-war military installation.
To get to the event map you will have to travel to Dead City and find a new marker between the store and the playground.
As always, if temporary events aren’t your thing, this one can be turned off in the menu. It will disappear from the game in 30 days on its own as well.
This update also brings some minor fixes to the game, as well as new optimization for low-end PCs.
We would also like to use this occasion to remind our German-speaking players that the community translation for the game, led by a group of our fans is almost finished. You can check on their amazing progress and wish them the best of luck in the forum!

2020 interfered with a lot of us, made us change a lot of plans and daily routines. This is why we in the team are extra happy we got to spend these hard times side by side with you, our players.
With your support we were able to release our second game ATOM RPG: Trudograd to Early Access, port our first game to a lot of new platforms, add extra translations thanks to our amazing volunteers, and make future plans we are going to share with you very soon!
We are extra thankful to you and after getting some feedback we're re-releasing a special Christmas event for the game, which will last all of the holidays. In it you will get to slaughter hordes of abominable flesh-crazed mutant snowmen who occupied a small region in the Mountain Pass of Woes for a chance to get a few extra items. If such a festive addition isn't to your liking however, it can be turned off in the main menu! Or, it will just go away after the holidays.
Let there be ATOM!
